Draft 0.1.0Board and committee meeting cycle
Before each board or committee meeting, prepare the agenda from what the regulators require, the compliance programme's standing items and the open follow-ups. After the meeting, turn the transcript or notes into draft minutes scored against what they must show, for the company secretary to finish. Between meetings, keep follow-ups moving and chase their owners. The agent prepares and reminds; people decide and sign.

What starts it
- On a schedule: prepare agenda
- In the client's system: meeting transcript ready
- On a schedule: chase actions
- When someone asks, e.g. “What must the next board meeting cover?”
What the agent does
- Before a meeting
- After a meeting
- Between meetings: follow-ups
- Once a month: board health
What stays with a person
- Deciding the agenda and the meeting date
- Finishing the minutes in the Minutes Workbench (the company secretary's sign-off)
- Signing and approving minutes
- Closing or dropping an action on judgement
- Setting up a committee or changing its members
What it never does
- Invent discussion, decisions or attendance that are not in the transcript or notes
- Mark an action done unless a person said so
- Send draft minutes to anyone other than the secretary and the chair
- Use a meeting frequency or mandatory topic from anywhere but an Arakan tool
