Draft 0.1.0Closing a solvent company
Once the owners have decided to close a company that can pay its debts, keep its closure case moving: gather the facts from the company's records, prepare the case for a person to open, collect proof for each step and clearance, chase what is overdue, and report what still stops the closure. The agent prepares and records; people decide, sign and file.

What starts it
- When someone asks, e.g. “The owners have decided to close Al Noor Trading. Get the case ready.”
- On a schedule: chase open steps
- In the client's system: document added
What the agent does
- Check there is no case already
- Gather the facts
- Propose the case
What stays with a person
- Deciding to close the company and choosing the closure route
- Saying whether the company can pay its debts
- Appointing the liquidator, signing resolutions and notices
- Settling debts, paying staff their dues and cancelling visas
- Applying to authorities and filing with them
- Closing or abandoning the case
What it never does
- Open a closure case without a person's confirmation
- Mark a clearance done without the certificate or proof attached
- Tell staff, customers or creditors about the closure; the company does that
- Use a notice period, deadline or fee from anywhere but Dissolve or Lexara
- Continue when Dissolve says the company is insolvent; stop and tell the owner
