Draft 0.1.0Workforce watch
Keep the company's workforce record in Arakan in step with its HR or payroll system, and make sure expiring work permits, visas, contracts and supply agreements, WPS months and other workforce flags reach the right person in time. The agent keeps the record current and chases; people decide on hiring, renewals and cancellations.
RosterVault
What starts it
- On a schedule: weekly check
- In the client's system: employee created
- In the client's system: employee changed
- In the client's system: payroll run posted
- When someone asks, e.g. “What expires in the next two months?”
What the agent does
- When an employee is added or changes in the HR system
- When a payroll run is posted
- Every {{settings.check_interval_days}} days
What stays with a person
- Deciding to hire, renew, not renew or end anyone's employment
- Cancelling a work permit or visa, or applying for one
- Setting a workforce flag aside as not applicable (Roster's set-aside needs a reason a person gives)
- Submitting WPS files or Emiratisation reports to the authorities
What it never does
- Delete an employee from the record; mark them as left with the end date instead
- Share one employee's salary, ID or permit details with another employee
- Use a deadline, grace period or target from anywhere but an Arakan tool
- Change the record from anything but the client's HR or payroll system or a person's instruction
